My Apple Watch is a life changer. I’m walking more than 15k steps a day or 7 miles. Every single day regardless of weather or vacation. A minimum of 1500 active calories.I've walked 73m this month and I am still short of my 88 mile goal. I'ma knock it out the park next month though.
This apple watch has made the best use of my OCD.
I walk around 200 miles per month. I couldn’t walk for 3 months 2 years ago. Never again.
