Tony Jaa to Reteam with Prachya Pinkaew for The Protector 2
Good news for fans of Muay Thai action flicks: the formerly retired Tony Jaa has emerged from his self-imposed spiritual retreat, ready to kick ass on screen once again. Not only that, but he is re-uniting with the director that helped catapult him to fame with the martial arts movie Ong-Bak. That’s right, Prachya Pinkaew and Tony Jaa have put aside their differences to start work on Tom Yum Goong 2, the sequel to the film that was released in North America as The Protector. Fight choreographer Panna Rittikrai is also on board and if that wasn’t enough, Chocolate star Jija Yanin will supposedly have a significant role as well. Plus it will be shot in 3D. What more could you ask for?

there flicks are so much better cuz they actually hitting each other as opposed to those old school kung fu flicks (still love em though)
The storyline was confusing as hell, it made no goddamn sense. This was basically a showcase of those stuntmen, just like they did for Tony Jaa in Ong Bak.
