Everywhere is a flood zone right now because of mother nature shenanigans. I feel sorry for these people but at the same time they gonna have to wait for FEMA.

They are in for a loooooooooooooooong fuckin' ride!

Suing your insurance company takes years!!! I still see people just NOW getting paid for Hurricane Irma claims from 2017!

They will probably get help from the Feds or state, probably both just to be able to live somewhere, but not in their homes.

Those homes will sit vacant unless people are able to dip into their 401ks or take out loans to get the damage repaired while their lawsuits are being handled.
