Yep, the young people are leaving. South Beach and Fort Lauderdale is mainly dead right now. A lot of old people are dying as well. I used to live down here in the 90s and it was much different. Atlanta has its issues but I’m glad I am in Atlanta right now.

There are homes in the west oak lane and east oak lane portion of Philadelphia that have been on the market close to 90 days.
I was looking for a part time job to keep me going until better comes along. Nova Southeastern called me about a job it's 15.73 a hour, I need to work any shift and he asked me if I planned to get another job.
15.73, if I told him yeah of course I need another job he'd hang up on me.
These jobs are for immigrants and illegals who live poor and maintain family structure, South Florida is loaded with these types of jobs and it's the backbone of the city.
