Xmas Gift Question for SOL

Looking at a couple different membership type gifts for the wife this Christmas, with one for sure being a Wine Club membership where they send you wines based on your flavor profile, i.e. white, red, sweet, etc. The other that I'm not so sure about is this site called Birchbox-- it has a membership option(or you can buy individually) where you get an assortment of items monthly/quarterly, such as skincare, makeup and hair related products.

My question is, have any of you or anyone you know used any these products and would you recommend? Or is there some other site/service that's better?

How about a membership to a massage parlor for a year, like, monthly massages? She may like wine, but I've found some of those monthly memberships to have hiccups with the offerings that you really like. I always go for the massages because my job is stressful, and many places let you roll a massage you don't use over to the next month or even to another person.

She had gotten the massage membership for herself a while back, but I think it's cancelled now.
