pedestrians just have to be more carefull. People swear that you see them when you are in your car and that is not always the case. I can vouch for this personally.
human perception and hindsight can tell you whether an object i high speeds can hit u if u cross it... when in doubt dont try to be a chicken crossing a busy ass road.....
