Hey man you can upgrade that thing to a 1TB drive easy then stream all your stuff from you laptop/computers now. Update the software, my fat PS3 may quit at any moment but I'm riding this mofo till the wheels fall off. Oh, if you get disk read errors on it buy that maxell dvd head cleaner, added new life to mines.

i was going to get a 1tb but read or told the ps3 may not be able to handle it and over heat. if youre saying you haven't had an issue im going to upgrade my shit too.

when they bring the ps4 to market i doubt they will allow easy access to the drive since that seems to be a way for them to make money assuming they dont just charge you for a cloud service as a stand alone option .
