From what I understand the lyrics of "Drill rap" is about shooting your opposition to hospitalization or death.
Where as "Trap rap" is rap music where the theme of the lyrics is about selling drugs.
I have to agree with the mayor because a lot of death of our black youth who are involve in these crews and gang cliques has occurred because of what was said in the lyrics of Drill rap.
