Marketing Coordinator - New Orleans Saints (New Orleans, LA)
Department: Marketing
Reports to: VP of Marketing
Overall Responsibility:
Under direct supervision of the VP of Marketing, this position will coordinate and process all incoming/outgoing marketing related invoices; provides various accounting and clerical support to the Marketing and Business Departments.
Key Tasks and Responsibilities: • Organize and implement purchase order system for Marketing, Youth Programs, Community Affairs, and Operations. • Prepare, submit and track payments on all outgoing marketing related invoices. • Receive, code, process and forward to account payable, all incoming marketing invoices. • Responsible for maintenance of sponsorship contracts. • Assists in marketing audits
Skills and Attributes: • Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel. • Ability to multi-task • Excellent public relations & interpersonal communication skills. • Strong organizational skills. • High attention to detail and accuracy. • Skilled in multi tasking. • Dependable and conscientious. • Ability to adapt in an ever-changing environment.
Experience Requirement: College degree preferred with concentration of study in marketing, accounting and/or business; accounting/finance background a plus.
Hours: • 40+ hours per week; may require week-end and game-day hours
