Fan Experience Representative - New Orleans/Oklahoma City Hornets (Oklahoma City, OK)
Reports to: Manager, Fan Experience
Summary: To improve team’s season ticket holder retention rate by enhancing the experience or our most valuable customers. The Fan Experience Representative supports the goals of the overall department and is directly responsible for planning and executing season ticket holder events, serving as a liaison between service and marketing to develop communication pieces, and any additional duties to help support the Senior Fan Experience Representative. All activities will enable the team to provide world-class service, learn about and develop excellent relationships with internal and external customers, and assist in the development of customized communications, events, programs, and benefits to the team's season ticket holders. Once the Fan Experience Representative has mastered his/her role, there will be an opportunity for promotion to Senior Fan Experience Representative.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Improve year-over-year fan satisfaction by renewing and growing account holders
Plan and execute all season ticket holder events to drive loyalty
Work closely with marketing and community relations to develop communication pieces that deliver insider direction of the team messaging to accounts
Ensure customer data and profile requirements are accurately represented in database
Perform analysis on customer data to develop strategies to improved customer loyalty
Assist with ticket distribution and changes
Plan and execute any department wide services booth activities during games
Develop and design invitations and marketing pieces for season ticket holder related activities
Experience/Education:
Bachelor’s degree in related field
