Gift is another word people love. May go under free but people love to get a gift with thier purchase :D

Great list. I've known about the you/your, testimonials, and guarantee for a few years,

so this improves my sales vocabulary. :)

Good look. Always good to see brotha's peepin' out the marketing and advertising landscape. It makes selling so much easier. Keep it up.

"Free" and "Fuck" are the two most eye catching words according to some people I know in the marketing and psycology.

Also, the primary colors are the easiest on the eyes. Do some research on colors as well as words.

Do not use the word "Guaranteed" or "Guarantee" unless you have a sound product, outstanding service or a good lawyer. This advice came from a lawyer. I no longer use the work guarantee in my photography contract.

Remember, satisfaction is a relative term. What satisfies one could be considered inferior service or quality to another. Great list though. I am going to use it in my next sales letter. That's a lot.
