This was another black reminder of shit that always been going on since forever.. it’s always a good reminder for people who think everything is all good now cause they make more money that we still on territory of the euro colonizers ideology

I’ve tried to warn people I know about what you name a kid unless that person has generational wealth these companies will be discriminating.

I've worked in corporate for 25 years... of course it's a thing. My parents gave us names that are pretty standard so no one could really tell our race based upon the name. I know that because on the initial interview to get my foot in the door, they were surprised as fuck when a black man showed up to the interview with my credentials. Never worked on the HR side, but knew plenty of black women that did who would tell us how they were told to trash resumes of certain names.

So all European and Jewish names are easy to say? How about Asian? Black people probably got the easiest names to pronounce compared to these others
Nah...just sayin when a racist/biased mgr. reads the application..It's easy to id "Deshuante Jackson" as prolly a person of African decent and discount/disqualify them.
