But lately I have made a conscious effort to drastically reduce my social media consumption and I have notice a massive improvement in my mental health.
I only use social media for business purposes now. BGOL is the only exception because that is where I get news of what is going on in the world where I might not be able to get anywhere else. And Also shared life experiences, lessons and wisdom among members in life that can be beneficial. Every now and again you find a diamond in the rough when it comes to that.
But yeah the reduction of social media has noticable improved my mental health.
