A witness in the case against a man accused of murdering a Harlem police officer confused a juror with the suspect in court on Tuesday.

Isni Nezaj testified in Manhattan Criminal Court that he saw alleged cop killer Tyrone Howard on the FDR with a weapon in his hand moments after Officer Randolph Holder, 33, was shot dead on Oct. 20, 2015.
