I actually lived in Dayton for a bit as a child. John Crawford, Tamir Rice, and a few years ago a cop almost shot a kid he recognized was a very young boy, meaning, around the seven or eight-year range, for walking with a toy gun. The cop said that was the closest he ever came to shooting someone. An open carry state that shoots Black folks at the first sight of a gun, real or not. On the other hand, I've also lived in Wisconsin. The month we moved to Milwaukee the city was in an uproar because the cops had beaten to death a young Black man named Ernest Lacy who was completely innocent of the crime he was being arrested for. I remember the mayor or the police chief said that the city was busing Black crime to white areas of Milwaukee. The suburb of Dayton where Crawford was killed, had tried to prevent bus service from Dayton because it would bring Black folks to the mall there.
Except life is relatively cheaper in eastern Europe plus influx of displaced Ukrainian women abound in most of these countries. You could always ask for a divorce before pulling shit like this though.
