Slim - he could relate to everybody from the youngins to the oldheads and had respect from everybody but never flexed on anybody. Plus he kept his dc swagger ever though the show was based on bmore. Local folks had love for that.

And then there was his carrot-stick offer to Avon when he caught his ass slippin' in the barber's chair--which led to String's death.

Also, Norm was a pretty smooth ass brother too. "At least they get to see a beggin' ass white man on his knees. Always a good moment for the folks."

Vondas was like an upgraded version of Stringer Bell. Only difference was , I believe Vondas would actually kill you, Were as Stringer would try to get somebody else to do It. Plus Vondas would never snitch...Even If his life was In danger from his organization... A take matter into his own hands kinda cat. He might be my third choice over this guy..

he kept it regular in court let them know if he don't look out who gonna look out.

show was greatly written.

too many quality characters on both sides to count.

Only poorly wrotten character was McNulty.

The Old adviser maybe it was Norman to the white mayor Carcetti,he talked about helping him get elected but not voting for his ass. lol that shit was classic.

Norman is smooth as silk but he has that gay man syrupy drawl in his voice, so maybe I'd pass on that one.

Vondas would be interesting but he's the kind of dude I dont wanna know shit about, for my own protection.

Slim Charles... dude one of them cats when you coming up you wish was your older brother... now I aint into no ghetto shit and I can separate reality from a fucking show... but I was always impressed by his screen presence... I liked how he aint give no one up when Omar caught him... and felt him when he popped cheeze based on loyalty... my next man would be lester... he that cool and calm uncle... the one that when you fuck up your moms call him over to have the talk to yah.. lol
