I know it's like spitting on a cross to say this, but Joe has got to step up his game this year or step off. He is single-handedly killing the Washington franchise. It used to be Snyder, but Joe is now the lone culprit.
Let's look back on some of the decisions made under Joe's regime:
1. Trading Champ Baily for Portis. (Don't get me wrong, portis is nice, but you can usually find a good RB. You Can't pick up a HOF CB every year).
2. Giving up draft picks for Duckett last year, who, by the way, was in his last year of his contract?!?!?!?, and is NOT on the roster this year.
3. Drafting NO interior line help for for years running (while averaging the lowest sack totals as well).
4. Signing FS Adam Arechuleta then placing him in the doghouse because they realized, AFTER signing him to a multi-million dollar deal, that he did not actually fit into their system?!?!? Gone in a year like Duckett.

5. Having one of the top 5 offenses in the league 2 years ago, and then, from out of nowhere
, bringing in Al Saunders to revamp the whole offense.

(There are so many other things to list, but I am not trying to get Colin Powell peeking in on my post)!
Essentially, Joe is killing Washington with his bend-but-don't-break conservative play calling and poor GM skills.(Look at the wide receiver revolving door game they are playing now for the 3rd WR!?!?!!?).
More importantly Joe is f-n over Jason Campbell!!! I hate the fact that he keeps calling him "young" and putting the breaks on him. Eli Manning got thrown into the fray and is "allowed" to make mistakes as a rookie. The Giant organization kept letting him play downfield. Jason is not Eil, thank God, but Eli is no Peyton! The pass that Jason threw to Moss in between the two Giant defenders last week was THE best longball precision pass I have seen in a very long time. They don't test the corners enough with the speed and QB they have.
This is not the 80's. You can't stockpile talent for years and groom them. The time is now.
Please tell me I am not the only son who sees this...
