Well, Europeans have never admitted to it. The common theme people talk about is Italy mixing with Africans, but the Moors ruled the Iberian penisula and Spain for almost 800 yrs.. Spain is greatly indebted to the Moors. Also with the expulsion of the Moors gave rise to the secod African Slave trade.

If you have ever been to Spain(i have a few times), especially Barcelona, you can see the contributed by the Moors to architecture, etc.. It is all over the country..even after Moorish Influenced waned, the Spaniards continued to mimic a lot of Islamic architecture inspired by the Moors.

I know. You can even find it in some of the names such as Moreno, Morel, Moran etc. It always bugs me out because I see so many latinos who love Spain so much, and they never want to identify with the African heritage not real;izing that Spain owes much to Africa. I have had some Chaka Zulu looking Puertos talk about they are Indian and not Black. LMAO Like my aunt says, "anything but Black."

I know man.. damn shame.. especially the segment Latin people who have obvious African roots and do anything to mask that identity. That shit kills me with the really dark more African-featured Latinos who could walk around in Kenya and blend in... and who will passionately deny their African roots.. sad :(

On the same token, youhave many Blacks over here who want to add all types of shit to their ancestry such as Cherokee, and whatever type of Amerindian claim then you have the Cherokee nation reject people with Africna ancestry. Black people around the world just need to be proud of who they are instead of claiming other stuff. it is obvious theat we have mixed heritage, but there is nothing wrong with being Black or African or whatever someone wants to call themself.

What will Bill Clinton the 1st Black President say? "I feel your pain." Bruh I could take your post in so many directions it would make your head spin. I posted something in the 'Hillary Uses Fake Southern Accent' thread but I don't expect anyone to take it seriously. In order to gain respect in the eyes of our peers we have to demonstrate THE SAME willingness to die for the cause. Now I ain't talking about strapping c-4 to our waists and blowing up buses and trains. But we gotta understand something here in America. We gotta go to war man. Political war. War against the media. War against Hollywood. We've been brainwashed so bad we need a squeegie to change our minds. How many of us are willing to shut off the fucking HD TV and pick up a book about Black politics or African American Economics? How many of us with young kids are willing to pull their children from the public schools and TAKE THE TIME to teach them Black Pride and Black History? Sad state of affairs, it is "anything but black". People hate us as if we destroyed their race (native americans) or bombed their cities (nagasaki, hiroshima) or as if we colonized their country and pilfired their resources, or as if we created a complex machine to commit genocide (jews). Motherfuckers hate us just because we're black with no real solid reason other than us being dumb as hell for not taking advantage of what we have, but on a Grand scale we have not committed any major atrocities against another people to my limited knowledge as the <blank>man has. We've committed major atrocities against our own race though. I think races are jealous that we be fucking their women with ease. When it gets down to it, that just might be the only reason. Maybe people don't hate us, maybe its that they just don't respect us. Hmmm.

Im PuertoRican I Aknoledge Ever Angle That Makes My Heritage The Taino Indians That In Habited The boriquen Island The Africans That Were Brought Through The Slave Trade By The Spanish. The Moors Had A Huge Influence They Ruled Spain For 750 Years. Its Better To Have So Much Influence Than To Be Labled Just One Race Or Color. But I Guess That Will Never Be The Case Because MotherFuckers Are Stupid And Ignorant And Think They Are Of Class By Associating Them Selves With Only Whites.
