As I see it, there are 3 main problems with the ad.
#1. Amazon has a terrible track record with regards to the treatment of their employees and their refusal to let their workers to unionize.
#2. Amazon then hires a wealthy, celebrity spokesman to promote a hiring drive. someone who doesn't need to earn a standard living wage.
#3. Terry Crews.

- Crews; (a well known shill), is a socially unevolved, sexually neutered, "safe", big Black buffoon who caters to White fears, embraces traditional White values, and who has openly denounced The Black Power Movement and who will ALWAYS side with the owners/management for a paycheck.

It's like LITERALLY hiring a big buffed version of Tim Scott as their spokesman..

Aside:

Union's are responsible for the most thriving middle class period in the history of the USA....they used to have to bring gangsters with clubs and guns to break up union demonstrations for higher pay and a safe workplace....now they got the very people who would benefit from the union arguing against unions....as in most cases, propaganda and misinformation is more powerful than the gun.

Whenever someone says they don't like unions, I ask them to help me lead the charge to get rid of police unions. *crickets*
