Who will denounce this antisemitic garbage?

I'd rather not play the video. At face value, what is antisemitic about the statement? Its ignorant and completely wrong, but antisemitic? One i thought Jewish men/boys perform circumcisions later in life. Two i thought circumcisions were a normal practice in the US.
