Should it be the 1%, middle class, the government or all three. The reason I ask is because they are debating about it on CNN....

Service base jobs are usually created by tax dollars, all other jobs are created based on the open market and production.
In short if we cant produce shit here, due to inferior labor force, then there would be less money for tax dollars and less jobs across the board.
As the world gets more technical, and jobs harder to do, if the American population is not able to keep up with the demands, then the whole economy will eventually crash, and it wouldn't matter who the president is..
So based on that notion, if you want technical gadgets, then we the people must be technically educated, so in short, our purchasing is responsible for new jobs, so we have ourselves to blame.

Well, if the the 1% isnt responsible for job creation then it begs to differ, why all the tax incentives?

Welcome to the real world where people create jobs to make money, not to help people out...

who should be more rsponsible for creating new jobs?
Our government should be more responsible for creating new jobs.We need something on the books that will keep jobs here and not by giving already wealthy corps tax breaks for doing something that they should be willing to do as a Americans.

We'er at war and why aren't there factory's open and hiring?the army needs supplies and the majority of americans need jobs.

We are the land of the free but at some point that will have to change,we need to be self-contained for survival. But is we continue to out source jobs and buy products from overseas, things are only going to get worse.

The government can create jobs by removing the incentives for off-shoring. They can also create jobs by directed tax cuts. Tax cuts to the poor and middle class creates jobs because they tend to spend the extra money. Spending increases demand and demand creates jobs. Tax cuts to the rich produces nothing but debt because the rich tend to sock it way. Also, when the return on passive income has a low tax rate, say 15%, that is disincentive to create jobs because collecting income from doing nothing is easier than producing goods and services, or jobs.

...unless you believe the money will somehow "trickle down".

In the this economy you don't have to hire expensive Americans to do it.

Thats what Romney stated last week when he said, "big business is doing ok" theyre doing it without the use of Americans.:lol::lol:

Until the owners of industry start to return jobs back to this country, there will be no real increase in job creation. Mitt said he would create 12 million jobs.....from what? Is he gonna force big business to become more "patriotic" by keeping production in house? But that would be un-Republican wouldn't it, to FORCE companies to pay higher costs in labor, raw material, insurance, industry standards, etc. But that, in turn, would just make them charge more for goods.....

Who the fuck has the answers........

The problem is that we give tax incentives to companies like GE and Apple even tho they export the majority of their manufacturing jobs overseas to damn near slave camps. How stupid is that? I've paid more in taxes than GE has yet the government looks the other way when they send more money overseas than they re-invest in their home country.

This shit was proven wrong years ago and dumb Americans still believe it works. Thats whats sad.

Its frustrating that we can see it but them blue collar idiots that support the GOP fail to, ignorance is indeed bliss

I think they are planning to bring some of the jobs back in a couple years which is why they are cutting so many education programs, if you have alot of under educated people you have you will have a large workforce for low paying jobs

Itgs amazing to me. Bain Capital was known for busting up companies but people will think doing that is smart business in this economy.

WE the PEOPLE are the Government, the 1%, the Voters..... its all us; and we are lazy and over the past 20 years didnt vote or voted based on bullshit instead of studying the issues --for the most part. Nor were we actively involved in something other than personal bullshit or just general bullshit. Now, that bullshit has attracted so much more bullshit along the way that bullshit is normal, and you are subject to a dirt nap if you try to come clean. :)

we the people are responsible for all this bullshit

The Congressional Budget Office has already forecast that the economy will pick up 12 million new jobs over the next few years if things are left as/is (including allowing the tax cuts to expire, I think) so when Mitt makes that promise, he's not really saying anything.

I think it's the responsibility of the companies making these historic profits to create new jobs. The entrepreneurs of previoius generations understood this, even the ones that were Nazis (Ford). When he hire people, you create more possible customers for your goods/services. How is this hard math?

I think you are correct. As the economy collapses people will have to take lesser paying jobs. Eventually, we will be compensated the same as workers in 3rd world countries, especially if you ignore and demonize the guy fighting for the middle class.

Americans will deserve job creation when they start picking who they put into office more carefully. When they stop worrying about fetuses and gays marrying, they can concentrate on what their elected officials are doing to keep jobs here. When they worry more about a politicians corporate affiliations instead of his or her church affiliation, jobs will be created.

And I'm not talking about $8/hr jobs that replace someone's $16/hr job that was shipped overseas. Politicians think they're slick. "Look.....We created jobs..".:D.. Yeah, but what kind of jobs? The kind people have to work two of to have a decent living?

Welcome to the real world where people create jobs to make money, not to help people out...

Thats whats up.
This GOP job creators agenda espoused by Sarah Palin, that shit is straight garbage.

Each fucking person. Get up, get out and get something! Get your fucking skillset up and grind until you get it right. No excuses! Off your ass and on your feet!

Politics is bullshit. Rich vs poor, 99% vs the 1%....government "job creation" it's all fakery. The rich have to pay their share, but you don't want them to not want to invest in America or just seek to build elsewhere. The government just has to provide an environment for growth, but they can't do it all. Individuals, rich and poor just got to work to elevate.

However, the best strategy for improving your situation is not to look to deeply into all the bs and just do for you and yours....and have a positive effect on your local economy.
