Now if you consider throwing the ball to Tony G for a 8 yard reception for a TD going to work.... then so be it. Truth of the matter is this....
Without the Vick fumble (which was not his fault) the Falcons would have been down another 7 points...
Without the "INT" which clearly hit the ground.... the Falcons would have been down ANOTHER 7 points.
I was at that game, and I can honestly say that Philly's offense is scary...cats were getting separation all day every day, and Mccoy was straight beasting them niggas.
Atlanta had a lot of things go their way lastnight to win that game. A LOT.
If they play that game 5 times Philly wins 4.
And we still won. Ryan sliced them philly dudes up man.
But we didnt play them 5 times.....we played them once, and Matt Ryan led the falcons back from an 11 point deficit against one of the best secondaries in the league.
We can say "IFs" all day, but the truth of the matter is Matt Ryan proved himself to be top 5 last night.
Enjoy the win, but we will not be making the Playoffs this season.
I think Matt Ryan is just as good as or better quarterback than most of the quarterbacks in your second tier.
You either have low expectations or Falcon goggles on, if you think 17-28 for a 7.0 yard avg with 2 ints is slicing somebody up!!

Your crazy Ryan is definately better than most or all of your second tier qbs. In fact so is Joe Flacco and Josh Freeman.
Matt is easily the better of the two..
Second tier is where people's opinions start to get blurry, so calling me crazy is not adequate, especially since I put him in that 2nd tier. He's definitely not in the top 7, which is the point I was making.

oh and talent wise this isn't even close its Stafford, Matt Ryan is easily the most overrated QB in the league. He has the weakest arm of any QB in the league, you will never see him throw a deep ball. Stafford makes that shit look easy. By the end of the year Stafford will be mentioned with the best
