That poor Whiteman was going through hardship and pain do to the government shutdown...he "found" the bank and tried to "find" money to support his love 1s and himself... Due to desperate measures and having his back to the wall he unfortunately went into a bit of rage and "allegedly" may have caused some fatalities ... He's obviously going through mental anguish and needs help...he needs therapy not a jail cell
