Without listening, Christopher Cross's version, HANDS DOWN! And I like Avant's version ALOT! He did a great job, but the feeling evoked by the 2 is totally different, imho.

Without question Christopher Cross's version remains the best. The music in Avant's remake is slightly superior but overall I have to stick with Christopher Cross.

I wouldn't call that a remix but more of a remake...

You always give props to the original but Avant did a nice smoothed out R&B version to it. It's not Keith Sweat with In The Rain but it stands up...

By the way Diddy did this one too! It's not a bad song but it's Diddy?
