Mozilla Firefox shows the numbers on top so you can go to the next page
Chrome also shows the numbers on top so you can go to the next page
I'm on Android so I can't test with Safari

The screen shots I posted were portrait. When it's in landscape mode click on the three dots in the middle of the number range and you will get the pop up for the go to page box. When I tested it was still at both the top and bottom of the page.
