Damn that was pretty rough to watch. Dude looked like he might have had some mental issues that he was trying to self medicate.

Im Not sure what those officers were supposed to do.
I seriously dooubt the taser is to blame for his death.
They clearly meant him no harm and he was not only a danger
to himself but had already torn up some shit that created this mess.
