made curry shrimp and channa early this morning...baked some chicken...I need to make a name for it tho cuz I finally stumbled upon the perfect seasoning ingredients...shit hits every time

I browned 5 pounds of meaty pork neck bones in canola oil and flour until the perfect color. Then I put them in a pot of 5 quartered onions, 2 garlic bulbs smashed right. Boiled for 2.5 hours then added 5 quarted red potatoes and cooked another 30 minutes . I seasoned with Tony Chachere's Creole seasoning and black pepper. Serve it over rice and Louisiana Crystal hot sauce and cornbread with collars greens .

Turkey tails are something out of this world man! Finally tried some in pressure cooker and tried some fried off strength of this YouTube poster. This shit is from the devil man! Worse than crack!
