What should I use my storefront for?

I am a graphics professional who is moving to a new office with a storefront. But here is the problem. I want to maximize the use of the space by utilizing the storefront. But what product or service will yield the highest profit monthly?

Also, I am over the t-shirt heatpress/ cd/dvd duplication thing. Too much competition now.

How much do you have to work with? Since you're in the graphics business, some kind of duplication or large format printing may be nice. People are always looking for alternatives to places like Kinkos. The machines there are usually not in the best working condition, it can be expensive, they don't do everything and customer service is not the greatest. With this in mind, you may want to look into something graphics-related, but something Kikos doesn't do... A niche.
