Have you been to your local sex shop? Lingerie store? If you visit those and they don't have them, a google search might be helpful...

and the shoes.. you can get those anywhere.. I got mine at the Halloween store 2 days after Halloween for half price.. but you can get them anytime.. I do find that at the specialty stores they are kinda expensive..
