The problem with posts like these are they take the opinion of one single person or YouTuber and purport that an entire country holds the same opinion as if Kenyans are a monolith like a flock of starlings. It just isn't so! Just this past month, a number of Kenyans took to the streets with protest signs against Black amerikkkans traveling to Kenya in search of sexually willing and available Kenyan women. A popular YouTuber by the name of J. Rello triggered these protests after reportedly physically beating a Kenyan woman he was dating. There was already a backlash that had begun heating up in Nairobi with the arrival of Auston Holleman and his small band of traveling sexual opportunists. All Kenyans do NOT extend open arms to Black amerikkkans by any means. Not all Kenyans are proud or comfortable with their race or color and definitely not all are open to comradery based upon Blackness. Like the people of any country on Earth, they are a nation of individuals whose opinions are as varied as any other group or nationality. While at present I come and go as I please here, I'm told that Kenyans see me as an obvious amerikkkan, so I still keep a watchful eye out when I sense the stares from those who seem not to appreciate my presence.
