That’s what’s up…. I only have a four hour window to eat on the days I’m not fasting and that’s from 12p till 4p. I will not eat after then. When I was eating all day I would snor at night wake up peeing all night. Basically a ninja was un healthy a hell.I've been 24 hour fasting Monday to Friday for about 6 months now. Only eating once a day around 5pm. I've lost over 30 lbs. Now I feel sick when I eat before 5pm on weekends.
