Oh that sounds good- I may have to try that. Perhaps that would work with tomatoes or peppers too? Yeah it was an interesting doc. He is not one of my faves but he had a compelling story. I figured an artsy cosmopolitan lady like you might have encountered him a time or two.
Today I made scrambled eggs and whisked a few generous spoonfuls of hummus into the eggs after i beat them. It was delicious and gave the eggs a wonderful creamy texture. I guess tomorrow I will try an omlette the same way and fill it with spinach, feta and olives or sundried tomatoes...
