Not allways. Depends on how you make that transition from approachin, to establishing a raport, to yo dick endin up in her throat. Here are my thoughts on it:
This is for the single man who is seeing multiple women. This is not for husbands with side pieces or dudes who live at home with their girlfriends and wants to cheat on the side. However, for the men who have GFs some tactics can still apply. I don't condone cheating, disrespecting or hitting women!
You can only successfully manage multiple women if you are a strong, confident, fun dominant male who is secure with himself. you don't need looks or money! but you need a certain mindset.
This will not work if deep down inside you are a misogynistic bastard. Some of these things will seem contradictory.
Your Mindset
1. i deserve this
2. i am confident
3. i bring more to the table than all of these women combine
4. i am secure with myself (I love my hair, my style, my life..everything about me)
5. i love myself better than i love anybody
6. i am not afraid to lose any of these women
7. i love people and i generally care about them
8. i love women
9. I am upfront and honest about what I want
10. i am a leader, I am decisive
11. i strongly pursue my goals
* the hardest part of all this is to accomplish is the mind set because you will first have to work on self esteem, boost confidence which will lead to being sharper, edgier , sexier. You cannot just turn on confidence, you will be faking and women will see right through you. solve your inner conflicts!!
* understand that you are not biologically better than women, all you are doing is utilizing a social system of dominance that gives men power over women.
Rules of Dealing with more than One women
- be allusive, don't say that you are directly dating other women but if they find out don't deny. contrary to popular opinion jealousy draws them closer to you than pushes them away.
- don't lie. don't lie to women period, you'd be surprise the amount of shit you can get away with once you are a ''stand up'' dude.
- never throw it in their faces that you have other women.
- never argue with any of them. never argue with women period
- never allow them to disrespect you no matter how small
- when they OVER act up punish and demote them (take away privileges.)
- assign numbers and each should have different privileges. #1 should have more privileges than #3 (b). numbers should be assigned not on beauty but what the bring to the table. the one that invests (time, energy, skills, resources) in you the most should be number one. basically you are rewarding her for her investments. through tactics or actions let them know their place in line. e.g on letting them know their place in line. never allow numb#2 to think she can disrespect #1. if #3 meets and disrespects #1 punish her. if #1 disrespects you, punish her, if she keeps it up, demote her. you are above numbers.
- invoke all emotions in these women

your best bet is honesty or some small portion of it. a real player can be honest with his women and they know that they are not the only woman he is dealing with but his game is so tight that they still want to fuck with him because he makes them feel like no other man does. Basically letting a female know that you are feeling her and treat her good when she is with you but be clear that you are not ready for an exclusive relationship and that you are probably gonna be dating other women. I personally feel that dealing with more than two females at a time is just stressful and unnecessary because there really isn't enough time to please more than two.

Honesty and not being emotionally attached to any of them. That means no matter how fine and how good of a person you may think she is, you can't let your emotions get the best of you. The thing that gets most cats is that they end up catching feelings with one of them. I know I've let some wifey types get away but my mindset was firm as could be.
Also, when it comes to jugling multiple women, you better have good management skills. Women can be demanding of your time so you have to be able to tell a chick something that she doesn't want to hear straight up and not give a fuck.
