IMO, this summer has been about as good(or bad) as summer movies always are. There's always like 5 or 6 good ones and a few decent ones and some bad.
 
As long as movie companies know that they can make money off of dopes, by making hot commercials, hype and cool graphics, they will continue to feed the audience crap...
Its to the point where the critics could trash a movie and dopes be like, they may be lying let me see it for myself... I know sometimes they can be wrong, however usually when they start complaining about the script and story line being weak, trust me its usually crap... But like I said some folks don't care about stories and scrips, all they pay to see are flashing lights, big explosions and characters they are hyped up to see... And as long as this remains the same, expect more crappy movies by the dozen...
 
Yeah its been a so-so summer movie wise. Suicide Squad IMO was the best movie I saw this summer and it wasn't great.

lol i juss saw id4 pt 2 the other day to finally... it was so so..def some extra cash grab with pretty much smaller plot..first 1 was epic this shit was like a preseason game..i'm like they really trying to push part 3 lol..shit sound like some fake star trek/star wars shit with the "outside help" " intergalatic space travel" they was hinting at

Pretty much..summer usually sucks for movies imo..mostly brain dead popcorn flicks geared towards kids and teens, with a couple decent flicks here and there

Fall is the best season for quality films imo
 
damn it's still a lot of movies i haven't seen this yr..i still didn't see hardcore, xmen, triple 9, suicide squad, now u see me 2, star trek 3(hell haven't seen none of them shits), still haven't seen the james bond shit..damn i think the only thing i seen so far was civil war, deadpool, id4 pt 2, bvs..yep that's pretty much juss it and i only got to see those in the past month

man i've prob come out my pocket 5-6 times my entire life to pay for a movie..when i was younger i had cousins that was in the bizz or who had connections to where i get free tix at the movies all the time..than my late teen/20's had family/friends that worked in the cinema that would let me get free tix..there was a point id see a movie for free every week for yrsss..when you use to that kinda hook up u like what do u mean pay...all those connects dryed up a several yrs ago and well majority of movies made after 2000 def ain't worth paying for..i'm not a lil kid i can patiently wait for good copies to hit the net

Everything is subjective though especially in a world where we run to social media to say hoe much we hate something.
 
It was early but the best summer movie that wasnt a kids flick was civil war.

Everything else enjoyable was family viewing
 
this summer was garbage only went to see civil was bvs deadpool and angrybirds with my granddaughter, dam i havent been to the show at all this year, might skip ss as well and catch it on a torrent
 
money is way down...5 movies joined the billion dollar club in 2015...

i think only 2 so far this yr...but we only half the way thru...so jury still out...
