Not just any orange juice, but this one. Sometimes I've smashed through this in a day. Nigga stomach be tore up

But let me make a perfect strawberry banana
Vanilla almond smoothie
First you gotta keep some ripe bananas in the freezer you must peel them first
Trying to peel a frozen banana is like tryin to fuck with a limp dick
It aint happening
Key is to buy some bananas kind of greenish leave em out for a day or two till they get ripe
With some black spots but it's still firm
Then peel them and place them in the freezer
Along with strawberries or blue berries..
Try and pick up some natural almond extract
And some vanilla almond milk ...
About a day later when the bananas are nice and frozen
this way the smoothie will be naturally sweeten with having to add any sweetners...
I throw all that shit in a blender a dash of almond extract and a double dash of cinnamon.....
Let that muthafucka blend and boom..
If you add little milk it will be like frozen ice cream and you can eat it with a spoon...
Which I do sometimes for a healthy dessert..
You want to really get healthy add three spoons of Chia seeds and four spoons of grounded flax seeds.

I love that Minute Maid Berry Punch flavor. Ice cold i can drink it all day. A cold Red Bull quenches my thirst as well. But the one drink i could drink everyday all day every hour is powerade. Any flavor.
Had to give up sweet tea last year almost needed rehab.
Minute maid orange juice...use to kill 10 of them little cartons each shift at BK as a shorty.
