No it’s a glitch in the machine that company purposely never fixed cause they make money on repairs… it’s guaranteed to fuck up various times throughout the yr.. the company has a clause that you can’t get outside people to repair the machine..so when it fucks up you have to call them directly.. the repair fee is high as fuck and a lot of franchisee get tired of having to pay the company so some just keep it out of order… McDonald’s is well aware of this malfunction yet still continues to do biz with that particular company for decades..that machine is literally only used at McDonald’s and no other fast food spot.. that’s the reason for the fuckery… big biz purposely selling faulty equipment… the endThat's why dem shits always fucked up?

Haven’t had MickeyD’s in almost 4 yrs. Just the smell of the restaurant makes me 
A class action lawsuit could be pushed for this scenario for tens of millions possibly more and give another black eye on Mickey ds image and funny style practices
