On Saturday, he touched the inner thigh of a 33-year-old woman around 12:30 p.m. Saturday near Park Ave. and E. 62nd St., police said.
On Monday, he grabbed the buttocks of a 19-year-old woman around 1:55 p.m. near Second Ave. and E. 67th St.
