I'm looking at setting up a model site and I was curious as to what the splits are between the site developer and the photographer for content. My biz model is to use ads and subscription services but I will be using a photographer associate to get the content.

What kind of split or deals should I offer to the photographer and what is std in the industry? I've looked at pricing and I'm pretty much set I just need to cut deals for the content.

You from chicago so I gotta holla at famo first. You need to be able to do something in this equation to help the cost of the initial work, i.e....if you are a barber wanting to open a barber shop, it helps if you cut head in your own shop. Tell me more about the project................
 
I appreciate the response. I do web design so I have all the tools and everything I need such as sub-scriber sw and everything else.. I am hooking up with a photographer for my content. I was wondering what the normal splits were with the photographer over the revenue for the content. all of the money from adds, etc are mine.
