stuff here. The Democrats are playing the wrong game here. They need to be passing bills that supposed to make it good for the people back home and stop trying to micro manage the war. This war is Bush's baby and he will refuse to let them dictate it to him.

The need to pass some bills that will make it better for people with hefty student loans. They should have been focusing on rebuilding from Katrina. So far since they have been in I don't see any changes.

If its a good bill he will not veto it. He will take credit for it like Bill Clinton did for the Gingrich congress, especially any bill that makes live better for the people.

Bush Lame duck Presidency precedence: Still waiting on the Democrats to come up with something. They seem to want to preside more than pass anything substantial. So far they have been coming up with a whole bunch of stuff that has no real effect.

"Projected surplus." The surplus never materialized. Besides, these theves in washington had that money carved the fuck up before it made it into the bank.
