Its a loan, which you should use wisely. If they give you a credit limit of 10k and a 0% APR for 16 months, take the money of it the credit card to invest it. At the end of the "loan" term, give them their money back and keep the interest. What i'd do is put the money in a 5% savings account for 16 months. So even give you a 2 year 0% APR.
It doesn't always work out well that way because you have to pay a withdrawal fee of 3-4%. You only take money out if it's going to yield a lot more or if there's no fee.
