He doesn't have the mild to wild remote but all Z06s have the mufflers. His automatically opens at 3500 RPM. Unless this is your invisible friend then he doesn't have it. It wasn't an option on the invisible vettes. :)

Im running catless longtubes with borla stype mufflers. My shit will piss folks off but i keep the coldstarts halfway tame by keeping the npp valves closed in the morning. Once i get to the highway its over though valves wide open.

What kind of stupid ass post is this? You sound like a fool. All stock Z06 exhausts are not the same . NPP exhausts are an option and are NOT the normal OEM Z06 exhaust. So you’re WRONG. Second that remote is a modification so why the fuck you acting like everybody ran out to get that?

Cant legally run long tubes, high flow cats or downpipes in Cali( Damn near all cold air intakes & shorties too lol). I have a few times on different cars. I've had a few verbal warnings, but never ticketed by cops that are car guys. Car people know that unmistakable howl of downpipes or long tubes. Watch your revs in California. Its tightening up.

They are cracking down particularly in the wealthier incorporated cities - thats who is complaining & donating to campaigning. Beverly Hills, Santa Monica, Burbanks , the Pasadenas etc. I know a few who've been cited & sent to referees, wrong asshole at the wrong time will even tow you.

a z06 has options to reduce exhaust noise. "your boy" was looking for some attention and got it.

these loud ass trucks and cars are ridiculous here. i wish a similar law was passed here.

all these clowns want is attention.

when i am out i don't want to attract attention. too many times you get the wrong attention. i often get the keys to a 2018 grand sport. it attracts attention on its own. i don't need to crank that bitch up to get more attention. and i always turn that exhaust note off. no way i need more attention when i am already flying.

It comes from the factory like that nobody buys quiet sports cars. There’s a difference between obnoxious and normal. Those motorcycles with modified pipes are louder than any car. Even with the exhaust open A Z06 doesn’t sound annoying or like shit just like a Lambo , GT3 RS or any other performance car doesn’t.

i don't like loud ass bikes either. they are just as obnoxious and annoying.

neither the cars nor the bikes NEED to be loud.

and as someone that has owned and driven "enthusiast cars" they don't have to be loud. you mention lambos, gt3's and rs'. them bitches aren't loud unless you are standing on the throttle. american cars have a very different type of exhaust note. the most annoying are mustangs. i hate them insecure bitches.

niggas be gunning that shit to make them loud. i don't know what type of z06 you been around but that exhaust is ridiculous when it is open. i am embarrassed with the grand sport when that shit gets too loud. so i know that z06 is loud.

like marc said, the driver controls how loud that shit gets. stay off the throttle until you are on open highway. there is no need to let the entire damn neighborhood know when you are coming and leaving.

It’s an 09 and nobody buys a Corvette to surpress the engine and exhaust. It’s loud when floored but any sports car is loud when floored
