Not bad, minus the email address, typo and not personalized name.

Be careful out there.

It never hurts to share info to protect people in your circle. Especially older family members.

True. But, if you're on bgol
and you're clicking on links
that says You need to update
payment info, you should
already know not to do that.

Maybe it's just me with
my paranoid ass, lol.

My job puts out phishing schemes every few weeks. And my idiot employees keep clicking them.

Your Chase banking wants you to verify your information. Click.

Then I get a message I accidentally clicked the message. Do you have Chase banking. No. Then what you click it for.

Or well my banking is Chase. But have you used it on the organizations computer or do they know your work email. No. So why you think they will send that to you.

Now when they send them out I have to send everyone an email don't click the Chase email. I can't imagine what they are clicking on at home

yeah we randomly send phishing emails to our employees every other month just to keep them on their toes.
We get more violations from people in IT than people not in IT.....lol

Hey dont talk about my mother-in-law like that

:lol2:

Lol, sorry to hear that. I'm
talking about the average
BGOLian been on these
internets long enough to
know about NOT clicking
on a random link, an
anonymous party sent you
via email. Most of us here
know not to click on such
a link. That would be like
walking up to a rattling
snake and trying to pet it.

Like I said earlier... I guess
it's not as obvious to some
as it is to others. I guess I've
seen too many people get
burned to trust simple
shit like that. :dunno:

Naw she hard headed and no one can tell her shit. 80 yrs old got got for $2600.

Scammers called and told her they had a check for $1.1 million for her but needed the money to clear and release it to her.

EVERYBODY TOLD HER IT'S A SCAM!!!

When my BiL who handles ALL of her bills wouldn't give her the money she went and got $2600 in gift cards for them :smh:

Back again.

I just got another real good FAKE PAYPAL phishing email.

Subject: Notice of Unclaimed PayPal Funds
From: PayPal <unclaimedproperty at paypal.com>

Actual email from mkt2944.com

The email itself had no attachment, but did have a trojan in it.

ESET (my antimalware app) caught the spam links

Dont open or click these if you get one.
