Dude was fighting in Iraq, and that's how he retrieved this deadly disease. He would probably still be alive right now, if he hadn't had to go to war. This is not "yesterdays news", this senseless war has been going on, since he officially took over office. This is not different from the agent orange agenda when Vietnam occurred. There is no telling how many troops may have what this young man suffered from, being out there in that country. Bio-warfare is common in the Middle-East and this disease is extremely existent in that part of the world. Again, Bush is at fault, because of the war, that's why I say "Fuck George Bush".
