That's what their future holds or they're going to look like mis-shaped misfits walking around the hood toxic because the shit is leaking in their bodies, all kinds of fouls shit instead of hitting a gym.

I don't know if the women engaging in more legal types of plastic surgery in the US will deal with this as much as women that travel to 3rd world countries for this work.

I worry when I hear some of my girlfriends talk about hopping to DR, etc. for cheaper surgery alternatives. You get what you pay for.

Regular women talk about doing this? Not just strippers??

I'm in my mid 30s - since most of my friends are moms with multiple children, yes, the mothers who have seen their bodies go through stuff bringing children into the world, yes, they're talking about doing it AND doing it.

I'm talking lipo, boobs, butts, botox...you name it lol

It's hard aging as a woman, especially if you've tied so much of your "beauty" to your outside appearance.

I've been running, so I hope my cardio and resistance training will help me "bounce back" well after this pregnancy.

So far, being more physically fit going into it has been great - I just wish more of us (men and women) realized the effects of everything (artificial or otherwise) you put into your body and the effects later on...

I'm not a fan of that build a body shit myself. But stop exaggerating. These are pictures of someone who got those basement injections and got infected. Now I'm not saying women that got the expensive procedures done properly aren't gonna look crazy in the future. But I doubt they'll look like this.

i cant even imagine growing in this society as a female without a righteous mindset...i feel sad for the sisters these days. My lady had my children and was despondent about how her body change, then she had a operation right after that which left scars. i told her as her man, i love her body and that the scars she bears, tells the story of our live together. i told her one day when she got out of the shower, she beautiful to me and thats what counts. i think it eased her anxiety bc i love her body at any size as long as she is healthy. simply that....man i am going to post this on my fb page to let these females know that it aint all cotton candy.

These days, especially, it's all about the "snapback," "bounce back," etc. following childbirth too. We expect women to be back to their "regular size" or even smaller, especially if they're breastfeeding. But, everyone doesn't have trainers like Beyonce, etc. to work off extra weight gained - or some women don't just dramatically lose lots of pounds after breastfeeding. For some women, even with exercise, the shit takes up to a year.

Then you got these young women trying to compete with each other for the best body shape/ass to hips ratio, etc. and out here looking like cartoon characters. The benefits of resistance training can do AMAZING things to a flat ass, etc. But, it's not an easy fix. And we know we all want that quick fix.

Thats a short cut and excuse I've been hearing. I see those other folks jogging 530am while they still pregnant, and then weeks after with the stroller.

Kudos to you for getting on it, it really is just a matter of consistency.

But, again, everyone's different. I haven't felt as tired as other women have during pregnancy, but there are so many that don't exercise and it goes well. I don't like running during pregnancy, but have enjoyed run/walk intervals, hiking and using my kettlebell.

Def! Im just saying in general I have heard it so many times. Im saying SOMETHING can be done. Its like not wanting to do or not liking it, is an acceptable excuse for not doing it. In GENERAL our folks, men and women need to exercise more and eat healthier. The shortcuts we are taking are taking a toll on our people, especially when we naturally can get it.

Def though keep gong sis, don't be around here gaining 100lbs from your pregnancy lol.

What you arent mentioning are medical complications from pregnancy like preeclampsia that makes a woman retain water weight FOR LIFE.
