That's a fine example of why personal hygiene is so important. You must bath daily from head to toe. When I saw the kids head I wanted to see someone pour hydrogen peroxide on all that shit then follow up with some Detol and a mini vacuum. Then rinse again with hydrogen peroxide and Detol.
