Nailed it...Ah, the memories...
That was Vivica in her prime and at the top of her game.
But sadly, her thug lovin' ass doesn't look quite so hot today.
She's been "nipped & tucked" far too many times and looks every bit the aging, bad boy loving former startlet she is...

Damn wonder if she looks back at her pictures like what have I done. Sad thing is she carries herself as if she still looks this way. The entitlement and delusion is off the hook!
With women they remind me of big time drug dealers back in the day. Then end up in jail for decades, yes you was the shit back then but now. Kid working at a shoe store is doing better than you.

One of the sad things about "starlets" like Vivica, LisaRaye and Claudia Jordan is that they exemlify much of the negative mindset of too many aging sistas in Hollyweird. They've lived their lives going to all the big celebrity parties and being passed around and dug out by all the "right" men in the entertainment world.
Unfortunately they never really consider what their futures as "fun time girls" will be. And after all the sex, drugs, liquor and partying; they age out in favor of the newest, younger "hottie" to hit the scene and wind up lonely, manless, aging former sexpots chasing their past glory days.
Maybe this is why I love and respect sistas like Sheryl Lee Ralph and Angela Bassett so much:
They both have the beauty, sex appeal and talent to have been in "those" circles, but they instead invested in finding real relationships with Black men who themselves were about having a wife, a family and a life together.
Not being out there chasing thugs, athletes or knuckle draggers...

You're spot on about Sheryl Lee Ralph and Angela Bassett (at least it would appear from afar). It appears as though they invested in long term instead of being short sighted. This can be said about so many women, and men for that matter (insert professional athlete here). It is difficult- while having the world at your feet- to completely forgo immersing yourself in a blatant everyday celebration of yourself when surrounded by people telling you you're "it" and can do no wrong.Probably.

I could be wrong but I see Janell Monet and maybe Keke Palmer possibly heading down this path (I don't know what to make of either of them at the moment but I hope they both keep in on the road).
Both Keke and Janelle Monet just so happen to be the current hot topic girls of the "bad girl" online discussion.
- I personally believe Keke's "antics" are a response to some unseen inner relationship turmoil between her & her child's father. He was the one to make it public by airing her out on social media for the world to see. This is something that should've been handled in private. She's made mistakes, but they aren't so bad that she can't recover from them and still find success, love and happiness.
- Janelle on the other hand is something completely different. Janelle is drinking the "kool-aid" that Hollyweird serves attractive sisters who are too easily manipulated by the glitz, glamour & fame Hollyweird wraps celebrities in. She now identifies as: she/they/them and all trappings from the LGBTQ Hollyweird sector. She thinks of it as having the sexual freedom to be herself. But in reality, and in most urban neighborhoods, she'd be, "just another pretty dyke".
