I'm like 5 minutes into it.... actually seems kind of ok... the first part when he was playing the guido role... I was like :confused: cause it sucked, but then when it turned out to be an audition, it was cool... gonna check out the rest.

Its a good short film he made, the whole flick is basically about his experiences auditing in New York. He faces a whole lot issues with his multi-racial background, for example one scene one guy says he was to light for the role, another scene they wanted a more Wesley Snipes type, and another they thought he was Hispanic and expected him to speak Spanish.
 
I thought that was pretty good, and I'm assuming this is what he went through as he was coming up. And now I have confirmation on his fucking race, so I can shut some people up! :yes:

The thread title scared me but I am glad I looked. That was really good. I wonder if he will ever take on more dramatic roles.

I hope he takes on more dramatic roles, he has more talent than just an action movie star.
 
One of the worst films ever made. Dude was was ridiculously arrogant about being a filmmaker/actor/bouncer when he took the film to some festivals. He was a laughing stock. Got really lucky when Spielberg cast him in Saving Private Ryan and his acting career took off (briefly).
