Chop Chop came very close to stopping Miguel Cotto. Floyd and Cotto were blessed that Chop Chop has to be one of the worst finishers ever. The only other guy I can think of worst than him is Malignaggi. Both Malignaggi and Chop Chop seem like they have no clue what to do when they get a guy hurt.

Regarding Floyd's high guard when facing southpaws, yeah it's true that this is what he does but he tends to get hit more than usual when he does this. Basically what he is doing is squaring up with the southpaw so that he can see where the shots are coming from and also get in his straight right. It's better than trying to shoulder roll but there's no way Mayweather is going to be as comfortable or defensively efficient as he would be against a right hander.

Still to this day,this is the hardest Floyd has ever been hit. Shane two punches can't compare to the shots that Chop Chop was landing. One of Floyd more exciting fights, maybe the most exciting, for me because he was taking clean shots and he recover fast.
