Seems like an easy, low start-up cost business to me. What do you guys think? Apartments are charging residents $25-$30/month for this mandatory service.

It could be a very viable option in a city like Houston.

Not even sure where to start but I'm sure there are a few requirements. I was apartment hunting this weekend in Houston and noticed that out of 15 apartments, only one offered it.

My current apartment has it and it's typically 3 Mexicans grabbing trash from outside of apartments every night.
