Anti-aircraft missles rules the skies now. There is no such thing as stealth aircraft. Stealth aircraft were made to deal with anti-air missles, but todays radar are so advance that they can track any stealth aircraft. Some are calling for airforces to go back to the 4th and even 3rd genration of aircraft. (F-16 tech and event F-4 tech :eek2:)

Yes, around the year 2000 I believe they dropped bombs over Baghdad.
Ok, so they could have accomplished the same thing without using those planes. Baghdad... for real?

For those prices, those planes should be used against "real life threats" to the U.S.

F-16s are perfectly fine fighter jets and that wouldn't be a bad idea. Stealth is too fragile and costly for me to get behind. Hell, there isn't much that can defeat an F-15 so I really yawn at all this 5th generation shit.

Makes you wonder if they're trying to stay ahead of alien tech in preparation
